Leadership is built through experience.

I believe strong businesses are built through clear priorities, capable people and systems that make consistent execution possible.

My career has taken me through business ownership, executive management, financial services, technology, higher education and community service. Those experiences have given me a practical view of what it takes to lead teams, solve operational problems and create meaningful progress.

As Chief Operating Officer of Summit Financial Group and later President of The Reliant Group, I worked with accounting operations through business growth, acquisitions and the transition to a standalone company.

Today, I bring those lessons to Wired2Lead and other entrepreneurial ventures focused on helping organizations grow with greater clarity and independence.

During my time at Cuyahoga Community College, I delivered leadership and customer service training to small businesses through The Corporate College in Cleveland.

Earlier work in higher education and youth mentoring reinforced the importance of communication, practical support and investing in people.

Education

Master of Arts in Leadership, Bellevue University; Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Wright State University; doctoral studies in education at Walden University (Ed.D., ABD).
