While serving as Chief Operating Officer at Summit Financial Group, I worked across accounting operations, organizational systems and business development. I was also integrally involved in the acquisition of multiple accounting businesses.
Accounting operations were subsequently moved from Summit Financial Group to establish The Reliant Group as a separate company, where I served as President during 2023–2024.
This experience informs my approach to business growth: expanding a company requires more than sales—it takes leadership, people, systems and disciplined execution.
