Stephen Ministry
Faith-centered service supporting people through difficult seasons of life through listening, encouragement and care.
From mentoring and coaching young people to conflict resolution and compassionate care, service has been a consistent part of my leadership journey.
I believe leadership carries a responsibility beyond professional success.
Some of the most meaningful opportunities to lead happen outside a boardroom: listening to someone in crisis, helping people work through disagreement, encouraging a young athlete, or giving a student confidence to pursue their potential.
My professional work has taught me the importance of systems, strategy and accountability. Community service has reinforced the equally important values of compassion, patience and showing up for others.
